Roofing maintenance plans consist of a Lallier Construction Inc. Service Team to complete annual / bi-annual / quarterly inspection reports documenting current roof conditions and deficiencies. Minor loose debris and emergency deficiencies will be removed / repaired at time of inspection by Service Team. All other deficiencies found will be documented in Inspection Report and a proposal will be provided for corrective action. The Inspection fee Includes (per inspection): Roof Inspection Report, Set dollar amount of Misc. emergency roof repair materials / 8 Man hours to travel / inspect and complete emergency repairs and debris removal from roof and drainage areas as needed.
